Too many people in today’s society are suffering in silence from psychological, emotional and mental health traumas, many of which are created by their external environments, affecting their ability to function effectively in their everyday lives. While seeking mental health services should be viewed as a positive thing, it is often not promoted, serving only to further the pain that individuals and families must endure.
